As Enterprise Account Director, you will own new business growth across Australia, taking full accountability for building pipeline, driving deals, and landing some of the country's largest retailers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious,



commercially-minded sales professional to be first on the ground and build a territory at a fast-scaling, investor-backed SaaS business. You'll have genuine autonomy, high visibility with senior leadership, and a clear path to grow your remit and influence as the region scales.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Must have demonstrated experience selling into enterprise retail.
- Strong track record as an enterprise seller in B2B SaaS, ideally selling license-based deals.
- Confident, client-facing presence with proven ability to map and influence complex senior stakeholder groups.
- A strategic, self-driven approach, comfortable owning lead generation and building pipeline from scratch.
- Strong ownership mindset and excellent problem-solving skills in ambiguous, complex situations.
- Previous experience with frontline, workforce, or HR systems is a bonus.
