We are looking for 2 confident, driven, and ready individuals to join our Sales Development team and kickstart their career in tech sales.

This is your chance to get into a quick-paced, high-energy role where effort = reward. You’ll be on the frontlines of Epos Now’s sales engine, sparking conversations with business owners and setting up qualified opportunities for our Inside Sales team.

Whether you’ve got some sales experience or you’re just naturally persuasive, we’ll give you the training, tools, and support to succeed.What You’ll Be Doing

- Making high-volume outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses

- Having engaging, value-based conversations with business owners

- Qualifying leads based on fit, interest, and readiness to buy

- Booking sales demos for our Inside Sales team to close

- Following up consistently to keep opportunities alive

- Using our CRM (Salesforce) to track every touchpoint

- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to sharpen your pitch

What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator who isn’t afraid of the phone





- Ambitious, resilient, and self-motivated

- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs

- Organised and proactive with great time management

- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation is a plus (but not required!)
