Working for CBRE GWS Local Endless growth opportunities within a Global firm Macquarie Park Location As a CBRE Plumber, you will be responsible for general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility.

Here Is a Snapshot Of Your Day Attend to breakdowns with high level of urgency.

Attend to and make positive of faulty systems and breakdowns.

Form part of a wider team of multiple trades.

Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water and gas supply and distribution system.

Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.

Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.

Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.

Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber’s snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.

Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations.

Provide training to other staff members so they can perform light plumbing maintenance and repair.

Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed.

Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements.

Complete all HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.





Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management.

What You’ll Need Trade school diploma with 3+ years of job-related experience.

Plumbing certification at the Contractors License level preferred.

Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred.

Valid Driver’s License required.

Supervisory experience is beneficial.

Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 20kgs. or more.

Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
