Location: Sydney/Gosford Closing date: Sunday, 16th of August 9:59am We have an chance in the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) for a temporary Senior Advisor (Grade 9/10). SIRA is responsible for regulating three statutory insurance schemes in NSW.

Advisor role sits within the Insurer Supervision Directorate, under the Motor Accidents Insurance Regulation Division of SIRA.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual seeking their next challenge within SIRA’s dynamic Insurer Supervision Directorate.

You’ll be working in a great, fast-paced team with a focus on:

Implementing effective regulatory strategies that build public trust in the regulator

Analysis and customised monitoring of insurer performance through data analysis and reporting to inform decision making

Applying remediation activities to ensure compliance, and the achievement of scheme objectives To be successful in this role you will have:

The ability to identify emerging risks and trends that inform decision making

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong stakeholder engagement skills A flexible attitude and an ability to manage competing priorities

Be a problem solver with an interest in broadening your experience
