The Company Our client is a well-established builder with over 30 years’ experience delivering projects across the commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. With projects typically ranging from $10M-$70M across NSW.
The Role You will secure projects by efficiently, effectively and accurately handling / general enquiries, tendering construction projects and preparing proposals in a timely manner.
This role will be working within a team supporting the business in work winning for current build commercial and industrial tenders.
Required Skills
- A construction related degree with at least 3- 5 years estimating experience
- Prepare BOQ for Concrete, Structure, Reinforcement, formwork, early works packages
- Knowledge of D&C; tenders within the healthcare, industrial &
education sector
- Experience using Buildsoft, Cubit & Estimate One & Mudshark software
- Current market knowledge of subcontractor prices
