Estimator Position This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and skilled Tier 2 company that continues to grow.

Your responsibilities will mirror your previous experience in the following key areas: Initial assessment of incoming tender documents and estimating on selected projects with varying values

Pricing projects using first estimating principals

Obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers

Preparation of Bill of Quantities/cost plan for internal review

Building strong relationships with trades and suppliers

Stakeholder liaison and engagement with clients during tender stages

Lead and mentor a small team of estimators To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and qualifications: Degree qualified

3+ years’ experience in a similar role

Experience with Cubit and Procore

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
