ESUPERFUND is seeking three motivated graduates to join our growing Onboarding Team as a Junior SMSF Administrator. In this entry-level role, you'll help establish new SMSFs, guide clients through the application process, review documentation and liaise with external organisations to ensure every application progresses accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do
As a Junior SMSF Administrator, you'll support the Onboarding Team by:
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Onboarding Team.
- Guiding clients through the SMSF establishment process from application through to completion.
- Managing allocated client applications as a Case Officer.
- Assisting clients to complete online applications and provide supporting documentation.
- Reviewing SMSF establishment applications and other onboarding applications.
- Checking documentation for completeness, consistency and accuracy.
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office, financial institutions and other external organisations on behalf of clients.
- Maintaining accurate client and SMSF records within internal systems.
- Responding promptly and professionally to client enquiries via email and telephone.
- Monitoring and processing correspondence received from external organisations.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the onboarding journey.
- Following ISO 27001 information security requirements and secure work practices.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as required.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Academic achievement equivalent to a GPA/WAM of at least 70%.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A genuine interest in financial services and Self-Managed Super Funds.
- Experience in administration, customer service or financial services (desirable).
