Bike n’ Blend is a thriving pop-up events company promoting cycling, sustainability, health and happiness using our Australian made blender bikes.

The Role:

As a result of significant growth, we are seeking a passionate, proactive, reliable person to join our supportive and friendly team. Working under the guidance of our Event Coordinator in Sydney, you will be responsible for organising and running pop-up smoothie bike events in and around Brisbane. Full training will be provided, as well as ongoing friendly support from our teams in Sydney and Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receiving event information, run sheets and instructions as Brisbane smoothie bike bookings arise.

· Packing and unpacking vans before and after events at our Woolloongabba storage facility.

· Driving to and from event locations in a safely loaded van.

· Coordinating smoothie-bike packages with our customers at our storage facility and other locations, while monitoring and keeping track of our equipment.

· Providing smoothie bike demonstrations, delivering impeccable customer service at all times.

· Training and guiding event helpers who will assist you at staffed event bookings.

· Managing the maintenance and cleanliness of all smoothie bikes and event equipment.

· Managing and receiving stock/ingredients for smoothies.

· Prioritising and managing several tasks at once, while working independently.

About You:

· Are methodical, can follow instructions and take pride in providing impeccable customer service.

· Are reliable, trustworthy and able to work autonomously.

· Have a minimum of one years customer service/events experience.

· Are an excellent and clear communicator, comfortable giving and receiving feedback, while maintaining regular contact with our Event Coordinator.

· Can think on-the-go and trouble-shoot problems as they arise.

· Have a full driver’s license (with at least 3 years’ city driving experience and experience driving a small van preferred).

· Have a passion to live a healthy lifestyle and are physically fit (preferred).

· Live in close proximity to Woolloongabba (preferred).

· Available NOW!

Desirable but not essential:

· Hospitality experience.

· Bike maintenance experience.
