Royal Agricultural Society of NSW’s Sydney Showground venue is offering an apprenticeship for a 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Chef. Rotations through banquets, production, high-end corporate and retail cafés provide diverse hands-on experience while completing a Cert III in Commercial Cookery. You’ll work 5 days across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends, with mentorship from qualified Chefs and exposure to major events. This is an in office role at Sydney Showground.
