Role: Project Manager – Music Production multi-day event
Location: Remote (Work From Home) / Sydney on-site for event days (Jan 27)
Job Type: Part-Time Contract (1 day per week for 12 weeks)
Salary: $4,464.29 base + 12% superannuation ($5,000 total package)
Start Date: October 2026 (leading up to the event in January 2027)
About the Event
We are launching a unique 3 day event in Sydney this January 2027. Our mission is to connect, inspire, and elevate female and non binary producers through career development, workshops and networking connections. The program is already designed but we need an exceptional organiser to bring this vision to life in an inclusive and welcoming space.
The Role
You will take the reins of our event planning to ensure seamless execution. This is a highly flexible, work-from-home contract requiring one day of work per week for 12 weeks. You will oversee logistics, schedules, and digital coordination to deliver an unforgettable experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Timelines: Track all event milestones, deadlines, and deliverables autonomously.
- Vendor Coordination: Source and manage relationships with venue, caterers, and tech teams.
- Speaker & Talent Liaison: Serve as the primary, welcoming point of contact for speakers.
- On-Site Execution: Oversee the smooth running of the event on the ground in Sydney.
About You You are a highly organised professional who thrives on logistics, builds warm relationships easily, and adapts quickly to moving pieces.
