Advantages

- $44.50 per hour - Final trim operators
- $42 per hour - Bulk operators
- $21.94 travel allowance daily, $19.00 meal allowance paid after 9.1 hours worked

Key Responsibilities

- Operate excavators for digging, trenching, and leveling.
- Operate loaders for loading dump trucks, prepping road bases and trimming house pads
- Navigate carefully around underground services, avoiding any damages.
- Engage with project plans and specifications to accurately identify the location of underground utilities.
- Maintain a commitment to safety, ensuring all operations comply with safety standards.




- Participate in daily equipment checks and maintenance routines.

What We Need From You

- At least 3 years of experience in civil construction, specifically in operating excavators.
- A solid track record of safely working around services like gas, water, and electricity.
- Relevant machinery tickets and licenses.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work extended hours, with availability for 10+ hour shifts on weekdays and 6 hours on Saturdays.
