BaptistCare is seeking a Maintenance & Property Lead for Glendale Lodge in Elderslie. This hands-on, 12-month role reports to the Area Manager and focuses on preventative and reactive maintenance of buildings, grounds, plant and equipment, while coordinating contractors and ensuring site compliance.

You will work with site leaders to minimise disruption to residents and staff, drive sustainability initiatives, and support safety programs.
