INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTANT - GOLD COAST - NATIONAL ADVISORY FIRM (JOB ID 1257)

The Role:

- Prepare financial statements, income tax returns and general purpose reports across multiple entity types
- Assist with BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG, and payroll tax compliance
- Perform reconciliations, journals, and supporting workpapers
- Conduct tax research and support general tax administration
- Work across a diverse client base including SMEs and growing businesses
- Respond to client queries and assist in resolving day-to-day accounting matters
- Build strong client relationships and develop advisory capability
- Work closely with senior team members and participate in ongoing development

About You:

- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, or Business




- Currently completing or planning to commence CA/CPA
- 1-3+ years' experience in Australian public practice
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
- Adaptable, organised, and able to manage competing deadlines
- Motivated to grow into a trusted advisor
