Key Responsibilities

- Provide the technical leadership in the engineering execution of renewable energy projects (solar, battery storage, etc.).
- Oversee the technical issues in the design, delivery, and acceptance phases to ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, solution engineers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and review engineering documentation , including technical drawings, design reports, and compliance reports.
- Provide technical support to operations, maintenance, and asset management teams.
- Review tender response document, contract document, and design documents, to identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budget, or performance.
- Support the continuous improvement of engineering processes.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering project delivery, with 1+ years in renewable energy or power infrastructure of utility scale .
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems , power electronics, grid integration, and energy storage solutions.
- Familiarity with engineering standards and regulations including those relating to BESS and Inverter system (AS/NZS series, IEC, IEEE, NEC, local grid codes, etc.).
- Experience in engineering design software (AutoCAD or similar).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent leadership skills to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with both internal teams and customer for complex requirement clarification and solution development.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- EA Qualifications or equivalent certification in relevant area.
- Knowledge of SCADA, PPC, EMS for energy systems.
- Previous experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment.
