Production Die Setter / Injection Moulder – Afternoon Shift

Location: Fairfield, NSW

Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour + 15% Afternoon Shift Loading + super

We're currently seeking an experienced Production Die Setter / Injection Moulder to join a well-established manufacturing team on a permanent afternoon shift.

Afternoon Shift Hours

- Monday to Thursday: 2:15 pm – 10:45 pm
- Friday: 11:45 am – 5:45 pm

About the Role

In this hands‑on role, you'll be responsible for setting and operating injection moulding machines, carrying out die changes,



troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining efficient production.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Die Setter or Injection Moulder
- Experience operating Arburg injection moulding machines is highly regarded
- Experience within medical device manufacturing is highly desirable
- Robust mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
