Casual Educator
Location: Menora, WA – just 10 minutes from Perth CBD. Position type: Casual, flexible shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.
About Us
Ruth Landau Harp Early Learning is an early education and care service owned and operated by a not‑for‑profit organisation, caring for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our campus is over half an acre with nature‑rich outdoor spaces that are double the required size per child.
We are WA’s only Jewish early learning service, but we warmly welcome educators, children and families from all cultures, backgrounds and beliefs.
As a casual educator you’ll work across a variety of rooms and age groups, supported by a consistent team and a solid sense of belonging.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent ACECQA approved/recognised qualification.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Up to date First Aid,
CPR and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
- Completion of Mandatory Reporting training and Mandatory Child Safety training.
- Experience working with children aged 0–5 years (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Ability to work varying shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- A warm, positive approach and willingness to be an active part of a team.
