Executive Assistant | Long-Term | Melbourne CBD (Hybrid)
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Executive Assistant to support senior Directors within a large, global technology-focused organisation. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys partnering with senior leaders to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritising meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics, including agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.
- Organise domestic and international travel, ensuring efficient and seamless itineraries.
- Act as a trusted communications gatekeeper, managing correspondence and stakeholder requests.
- Support executive projects, reporting, and business initiatives across multiple teams.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders,
stakeholders, and support teams across the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in an Executive Assistant or senior executive support role.
- Experience supporting Directors or senior executives within corporate or technology environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
