Reporting directly to the Principal, this executive leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction and operational leadership of the School’s people, workplace culture, human resources and industrial relations functions.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the role ensures that CGGS attracts, develops and retains high-performing staff, while fostering a values-aligned culture that supports wellbeing, engagement and qualified growth.
A defining component of the role is leadership of the School’s employee value proposition, ensuring the School continues to be an employer of choice, attracting, developing and retaining excellent staff in the teaching and professional domains.
The role provides authoritative advice to the Principal and Board on workforce strategy, industrial relations, organisational capability, and people-related risk, ensuring that workforce considerations are embedded across the School’s operations, culture and governance.
