About the Role

Mali Ston Wine Bar is seeking an experienced Bar and Floor All-Rounder to join our front-of-house team.

The successful applicant must be confident working both behind the bar and on the floor, have strong wine and beverage knowledge, and provide attentive and professional service.

Consistent availability on both Fridays and Saturdays is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve wine, cocktails and other beverages
- Provide guests with informed wine and menu recommendations
- Set, clear and reset tables efficiently
- Process orders and payments through the POS system
- Monitor tables and respond to guests’ needs
- Maintain a clean and organised bar and dining area
- Restock beverages, glassware and service supplies
- Complete opening, closing and cleaning procedures
- Assist the wider team during busy services and events
- Follow responsible service of alcohol and workplace-safety requirements

Requirements
- Previous experience working both behind a bar and on the floor
- Valuable wine, spirits and beverage knowledge




- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays, including late evenings
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of what needs to be done
- Professional presentation and clear communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, organised and efficient during busy services
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a small team

Cleaning is an essential part of this position. All team members are responsible for maintaining the venue and completing cleaning and closing duties. Please apply only if you are comfortable with these responsibilities.
