- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a barista in a busy café.
- Confident dialling in espresso and maintaining coffee consistency throughout service.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy morning rushes while remaining calm under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills with a warm, friendly personality.
- All-round café experience including POS, food running, clearing tables and general café duties.
- Reliable, punctual and a outstanding team player.
