EXPERIENCED BLAST CREW

Ready to take the next step into Shotfiring? If you're an experienced Blast Crew member looking to progress your career, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and experienced Drill & Blast team that is committed to developing the next generation of Shotfirers.

We're seeking candidates who are interested and/or transitioning into Shotfiring.

What's on Offer

- FIFO ex Perth
- 8:6 Roster, Day shift only
- Gold mining operation
- $55 - 63/hour + Super (depending on experience)
- Ongoing training, mentoring and career development
- Opportunity to work alongside an experienced Drill & Blast team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Blast Crew experience within an open-cut mining workplace
- A current WA Shotfirer's Licence will be an advantage, but not a must
- Must have DGSC (Dangerous Goods Security Card)
- Exposure to open-cut gold mining (highly regarded)
- Experience using electronic initiation systems (Digishot experience advantageous)




- Previous exposure to pre-split blasting (highly regarded)
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous learning
- Must have a current Australian Driver's Licence (Manual)
- Must have current and clean National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Must have Australian working rights
