The Position:
We are now seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Aircore and Diamond operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain contractual standards and reporting requirements
- Provide effective on the job training, competency assessments
- Co-ordinate and conduct drill crew performance appraisals
- Promote high personal standards within the crews
- Conduct and document regular inspections (safety & operational)
- Liaise with client representatives and employees in a skilled manner
- Must be prepared to drill occasionally if and when required
- must be prepared to work night shift if required
The Candidate:
- 7 years full time experience on surface Diamond/Aircore drilling equipment.
- Hold or be undertaking a Cert IV in Drilling Operations and statutory certification
- Experienced with Exploration camp set ups
- 'HR-B' (or above) drivers’ licence
- Competent with computers and App based technology
- Strong focus on safety and industry safety innovations
- National Police Clearance (less than 3 months old)
- Be physically fit and healthy
