Farm Hand (Banana Farm)

? Tully, Far North Queensland 4854 We are looking for a Farm Hand to join our Banana Harvest Crew in Tully.

Key Responsibilites:

- Harvesting bananas, including cutting and carrying bunches weighing 30–40 kg from the tree to the trailer (carried on your shoulder/back)
- Points driving – operating the trailer and transporting fruit to the shed for unloading
- General crop maintenance duties
- Shed Duties

To be successful, you will need:

- Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident
- Previous hands-on farm experience
- The ability and resilience to work in hot, humid, and wet conditions
- The ability to work independently
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A high level of physical fitness, including the ability to carry 30–40 kg repeatedly
