As part of our small, close-knit team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the shop, including:

Responsibilities

- Designing and creating fresh floral arrangements and bouquets

- Preparing flowers for display and sale

- Assisting customers with floral selections and gift purchases

- Providing outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone

- Processing orders and operating the POS system

- Maintaining shop presentation and merchandising displays

- Caring for fresh flowers and plants

- General cleaning and daily store duties

- Assisting with wedding, funeral and event floristry when required

- Local deliveries on occasion

About You To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience working as a florist (essential)

- Retail or customer service experience





- Confidence creating hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements independently

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Valuable attention to detail and pride in your work

- Availability to work approximately four days per week. (Tuesday-Friday)
