ABOUT THE STUDIO

This established Sydney architecture practice has built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtfully designed multi residential projects that positively shape communities.

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, the studio is looking to appoint an Architectural Designer with around 3–4 years' Australian experience to join its collaborative team.

You'll be surrounded by experienced Project Leaders and Associates who enjoy mentoring emerging talent, providing the support and exposure needed to continue building your career.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is ideal for someone who has developed solid foundations across Development Applications and Construction Documentation and is ready to take the next step.

You'll work across all stages of project delivery, contributing to quality multi residential developments while continuing to strengthen your technical capability and understanding of construction.

Rather than being confined to one project stage, you'll gain valuable exposure across design development, documentation, consultant coordination and construction delivery.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing architectural documentation using ArchiCAD preferably, or REVIT
- Assisting with Development Application and Construction Documentation packages
- Coordinating consultants and project information
- Supporting project delivery from concept through construction
- Producing accurate, high-quality documentation




- Resolving technical design challenges alongside senior team members
- Building strong relationships with consultants and project stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE

- Around 3–4 years' Australian architectural experience
- Experience across Development Applications and Construction Documentation
- Multi residential project experience is necessary
- Strong ArchiCAD capability
- A recognised Architecture qualification
- Good understanding of Australian construction methods and NCC requirements
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to continue learning
