The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Surveyor looking to strengthen their construction surveying experience while continuing to build strong cadastral foundations.

Working across a range of construction and development projects throughout Sydney, you'll be supported by an experienced surveying team while gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial developments. This role is best suited to someone with experience on building construction projects (3–15 storeys) rather than large civil infrastructure such as roads, bridges or tunnels

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct fieldwork on construction and building sites ranging from 3 to 15 storeys.
- Perform cadastral and construction surveys across a variety of development projects.
- Prepare detailed survey field notes and capture site photography.
- Process survey data and produce accurate plans using AutoCAD and/or CivilCAD.
- Collaborate closely with the Construction Manager while receiving ongoing mentorship.
- Work flexibly, finalising survey notes and data from home or our Parramatta office.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate III or IV in Surveying, Diploma of Surveying, or a relevant university degree.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- A minimum of two years' experience in cadastral and/or construction surveying.
- Ideally, experience surveying building construction projects between 3 and 15 storeys (experience solely on infrastructure projects such as roads, rail, bridges or tunnels is not preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or CivilCAD.
- Strong communication,

- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
