The Role

Based in our Cambridge workshop, this role suits a highly skilled, qualified Timber Joiner who take pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. You will be involved across the full joinery process, from workshop manufacture to onsite installation, contributing to bespoke and heritage timber projects of the highest standard, while providing leadership and support to apprentices and fellow tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities





- Manufacture and install high quality bespoke and heritage timber joinery
- Work accurately from detailed drawings and specifications
- Ensure skilled and well communicated interactions with clients on job installations and follow-ups.
- Operate on traditional and modern joinery machinery efficiently and safely
- Demonstrate a willingness to embrace and learn new technology as best applied to specific jobs.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project timelines
- Support and mentor the skill development of apprentices and junior tradespeople.

About You

- 5–10+ years' experience as a Trade qualified Timber Joiner
- Extensive experience in the manufacture and installation of high-end Timber projects.
- Proven ability to lead and support team and apprentice development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans and specifications.
