Expression of Interest – Support Workers | Lake Macquarie Region

Our integratedliving family is growing (and we love it!), with more clients joining our community and exciting new opportunities becoming available. We’re looking for passionate and caring Support Workers to join our team across the Lake Macquarie region!

We are currently seeking team members who are available to support clients across Awaba, Blackalls Park, Carey Bay, Coal Point, Kilaben Bay, Ryhope, Toronto, Arcadia Vale, Balmoral, Buttaba, Fishing Point, Rathmines, Wangi Wangi, Morisset, and Cooranbong.

Availability required

- Thursday and Friday availability, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday availability is essential and non-negotiable

What a day can look like

- Start your morning supporting a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines
- Assist clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping their home comfortable
- Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities to help them maintain their independence
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing personalised care
- Adapt your day to each client’s unique needs — no two days are ever the same





What you’ll bring

- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in people’s lives
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
- Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- First Aid/CPR and WWCC
- Current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Confidence using a smartphone or tablet

- Permanent part-time roles: $36.23 per hour + 12% super
- Casual positions also available if you’re looking for extra hours
