Mine Site Support is currently seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join our team for upcoming shutdowns, projects, and site support opportunities across the Pilbara.

About Mine Site Support
Mine Site Support partners with leading mining companies throughout the Pilbara, providing experienced personnel who help create safe, compliant, and productive workplaces.
We're seeking experienced HSE professionals with a practical, hands-on approach to safety. As an HSE Advisor, you'll work closely with frontline teams, providing guidance, promoting a positive safety culture, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum) or Diploma in WHS/OHS or higher.
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar HSE/Safety Advisor role.
- Previous experience within the mining industry.
- Shutdown, maintenance and/or project experience.
- A trade or operational background (highly regarded).
- Strong knowledge of the WA Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations and working within high-risk environments.
- Experience conducting incident investigations, including ICAM methodology.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, practical and field-focused approach to safety.
- Strong understanding of safety systems and pragmatic risk management.
- Current industry tickets and the ability to mobilise as required.
Successful applicants will also be required to complete:
- A National Police Clearance.
- A pre-employment medical assessment.
