About the Role

As the Fabricator Account Manager - QLD, you will be the key link between MiTek and our customers, providing a combination of account management, relationship building, and technical support. In this role, you will work closely with fabricators to understand their business needs, deliver expert guidance on MiTek solutions, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance. By building strong, long term customer partnerships, you will help customers maximise the value of MiTek's software, products, automation solutions, and services while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of both MiTek and its customers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and grow customer relationships through regular site visits and proactive account management.
- Provide technical support and guidance across MiTek software, systems, equipment, products, and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor customer performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate customer training and support the successful adoption of MiTek solutions.




- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support product improvements.
- Assist with software installations, upgrades, implementations, and testing programs.
- Collaborate with Software, Engineering, Automation, Services, and Sales teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through MiTek products, software, automation, and services.
- Demonstrate new software releases and solutions to customers and prospects.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and performance reports.

What we are looking for

- Solid technical aptitude with strong spatial awareness and computer literacy.
- Understanding of residential construction and building systems highly desirable.
- Experience using CAD software or strong IT proficiency.
- Background in the building industry, construction trades, software support, technical customer service, or account management.
- Experience managing customer relationships and delivering technical solutions is highly regarded.
