Estate Flooring Pty Ltd, trading as Estate Flooring, is a Melbourne-based flooring business supplying and installing residential and commercial flooring across Victoria. Operating from its Blackburn South showroom, the business offers engineered timber, hybrid, laminate, carpet, parquet and commercial flooring, together with free measures and quotes, in-home consultations, product selection support and qualified installation services. About the Role

The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating advertising campaigns that promote Estate Flooring's product range, showroom, in-home consultation service and professional flooring installation services. The role will focus on strengthening brand awareness, attracting qualified residential and commercial enquiries, and supporting business growth through coordinated digital and traditional advertising activities.

- Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 per annum plus Superannuation

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement advertising strategies and campaigns to promote Estate Flooring's residential and commercial flooring products and installation services
- Identify target customer groups and recommend suitable advertising approaches for homeowners, builders, renovators, property managers and commercial clients
- Plan advertising campaigns for engineered timber, hybrid, laminate, carpet, parquet and commercial flooring ranges
- Coordinate promotional campaigns for showroom visits, free measures and quotes, in-home consultations, flooring installations and seasonal offers
- Prepare advertising briefs, campaign concepts, promotional copy and content requirements for digital and traditional media
- Coordinate the production of advertising materials, including online advertisements, social media content, brochures, product promotions, signage and showroom material
- Liaise with graphic designers, photographers,



digital advertising providers, printers and other external suppliers to deliver campaigns within approved timelines
- Advise management on advertising objectives, media selection, campaign timing, audience targeting and allocation of advertising expenditure
- Monitor advertising budgets, campaign schedules and media expenditure to ensure effective use of marketing resources
- Analyse advertising performance, customer enquiries, lead sources, campaign engagement and conversion results
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify flooring trends, customer preferences, promotional opportunities and changes in the local market
- Evaluate completed campaigns and prepare reports with recommendations to improve future advertising effectiveness and return on expenditure
- Ensure advertising content accurately represents the business's flooring products, consultation services, installation capabilities and service areas
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across the company website, social media channels, online listings, printed materials, and showroom promotions

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as an Advertising Specialist or in a comparable advertising-focused role
- Demonstrated experience developing, coordinating, and evaluating advertising campaigns
- Experience preparing advertising briefs and coordinating the production of promotional materials
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, paid social media, search advertising and campaign analytics
- Ability to conduct market research and translate findings into practical advertising strategies
- Strong written communication, campaign planning, analytical and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage advertising budgets, suppliers, deadlines and multiple campaigns concurrently
- Experience in retail, building products, home improvement, construction, or flooring-related advertising will be highly regarded
