Location: Toowoomba, QLD

Hours & Schedule: We are flexible and open to hiring the right candidate on either a full-time or part-time basis. Please indicate your preference in your application.

Full Time: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Part Time: Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm

Please note: This is an on-site, participant-facing role and is not a remote or work-from-home position.

We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Support Coordinator to join our team, working directly with NDIS participants to implement their plans, build capacity and connect with appropriate supports. This role is suited to someone who is organised, professional and comfortable working within clear processes, timeframes and escalation pathways.

Our team delivers a range of NDIS services and is committed to ethical practice, strong relationships, and quality outcomes for the people we support.

About the Role





As a Support Coordinator, you will:

- Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
- Coordinate services and supports in line with approved funding and participant goals
- Build and maintain professional relationships with participants, families, and service providers
- Monitor participant progress and escalat risks or concerns to the Supervisor
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready participant records in line with privacy and records management requirements
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
- Support incident and complaint reporting in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements
- Monitor participant funding allocations and escalat financial risks where identified
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing training and development

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Experience in Support Coordination or a comparable NDIS-facing role
- Strong working knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills




- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a Supervisor and broader team
- Professional judgement, discretion, and the ability to maintain clear boundaries
- Confidence working within compliance frameworks and structured processes
- A calm, respectful approach when working with complex or high-pressure situations

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experiencein Support Coordination or a similar NDIS-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Workingwith Children Check
- Current Queenslanddriver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Willingness to travellocally for participant and stakeholder meetings
- Certificate III or higher in Disability, Community Services, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements
- Experience working with compliance systems and participant management software
