You will ideally bring

- Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a trade-related environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A motivated and target-driven approach
- A genuine interest in tools, hardware, or trade products
- Confidence using computers for everyday tasks and systems

What you will be doing

- Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Process sales and transactions accurately
- Assist customers with promotions, product options, and enquiries
- Maintain strong product knowledge through regular training
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and store goals

This is a full-time on-site role based at Sydney Tools Taren Point, working a stable roster that includes one weekend day each week.
