About the Role:

As a Technical Trainer within our Fleet Department, you will play an essential role in developing the technical expertise of our workshop employees, apprentices and supervisors. From delivering hands‑on technical training to supporting the rollout of new technologies, you'll help ensure our workforce remains skilled, compliant and ready for the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging safety and technical training that builds workforce capability.
- Champion a safety‑first culture and drive continuous improvement across our workshops.
- Identify skills gaps and develop targeted training pathways to support employee growth.
- Manage training compliance, competency records and VOC assessments.
- Facilitate hands‑on and classroom‑based training that develops technical expertise.




- Lead BEB and OEM training initiatives, supporting Ventura's zero‑emission future.
- Support the rollout of new technologies, systems and maintenance innovations.
- Coach and mentor employees to build a skilled, high‑performing workforce.

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant mechanical or trade qualification
- Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop a diverse workforce
- Proven experience in transport or agricultural industry
- The ability to travel across multiple site workshop/facilities
