About the role

Lead commercial fit outs across Australia, from builders works to final handover. Based at our Croydon South headquarters, you’ll own each project end to end — from large-scale hospitality venues to retail and commercial interiors.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead fit outs nationwide from handover to practical completion — on time and on budget
- Own the program and site operations, with admin handling document control
- Lead your site team and direct sub-contracted trades
- Brief supervisors on program, QA, WHS and centre/landlord requirements
- Manage variations, defects and client sign-offs through to handover
- Grow client relationships and win repeat work

About you

- A proven track record in commercial fit out with genuine construction scope (5+ years)
- Sound knowledge of construction, builders works, sub-trades and WHS
- A blend of process discipline and lateral thinking, comfortable within established systems
- Solid communication skills across clients, consultants and trades
