About You

The successful candidate brings strong traffic management experience, excellent attention to detail, and a practical, solutions-focused approach. You communicate confidently, manage competing priorities, and take pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and operationally viable job scopes.

Your tasks will include:

- Assess job requirements, site conditions, and risks to define practical and compliant traffic control methods.
- Prepare, issue and record complete, accurate and deliverable job scopes using company approved forms and systems to ensure transparency in decisions and allocations.
- Ensure all scopes meet requirements and escalat complex or non-standard jobs.
- Liaise with clients and teams to guarantee compliant job scopes which support operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Traffic Management Implementer (Category 1 & 2); Category 3 and customer service experience are advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of Austroads guidelines, Traffic Guidance Schemes, and permit requirements.
- Ability to interpret works and develop practical traffic control solutions, with strong communication and risk assessment skills.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry and reliable system use (e.g. Traffio, MS Office).
- Safety-focused and organised, with the ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and work both independently and in a team.
