Warehouse Operator (Refrigerated Beverage Manufacturing)

Preshafood, Australia’s first and largest commercial supplier of HPP (High Pressure Process) juices and foods and owner of the successful and creative Preshafruit juice brand seeks a suitably qualified and experienced Warehouse Operator for their manufacturing site in Derrimut, Melbourne, Victoria.

In this role the selected applicant will be required to carry out the following activities in an accurate, timely and professional manner.

Despatch of finished goods, including picking, pallet management, paperwork and forklift operation

Receipting of all raw materials/packaging/general goods inward

Pallet and bin management

Assist with the provision of all raw materials for the days production and return any materials not used

Assist with Inventory Management – stock location, in, hold (rotate stock) and out

Pick and repack orders, requiring some periods of significant volume of lifting

Forklift duties as required from time to time

Support production as required

Assist with monthly stocktake or rolling stocktakes as required





Direct reporting to the Warehouse Administrator and working closely alongside the other Production Forklift operators

Maintain a clean, structured warehouse and storage areas at all times

Maintain warehouse plant and equipment, including forklift fleet

Other duties as requested from time to time

Successful candidates will have:

A valid forklift license

Experience with warehouse and production forklift tasks

Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse

Experience in food and/or beverage manufacturing environment

Strong time management, organisational and communication skills

The ability to work as a team and autonomously
