Fosterville Gold Mine is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda on site near Bendigo. You’ll report to the Deputy General Manager, sit on the Leadership Team and actively shape HR strategy, payroll systems, and workforce initiatives across all crews.

You’ll manage the HR and Payroll team, drive recruitment and engagement, and ensure legal compliance while collaborating with the site leadership to deliver tangible outcomes.
