Opal Fibre Packaging is seeking a proactive Depot Supervisor for our Bundaberg, QLD depot. You will lead site operations, uphold safety standards, and drive performance to deliver reliable packaging solutions to regional FMCG customers.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a solid mechanical mindset, and experience supervising production or depot teams. You will manage labour, equipment, and workflow to keep lines running on time while maintaining quality and cost discipline.
