The Role

We are looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined individual to operate and maintain our production equipment, perform routine maintenance tasks, and provide support to our maintenance team. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork, and be willing to learn and develop their skills in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate and monitor production equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks

- Develop mechanical trade skills and knowledge to meet the needs of our site

- Work collaboratively with our maintenance team to improve equipment reliability and performance

- Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

- Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures

We’re looking for someone with:





- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use a variety of tools

- Sound knowledge and understanding of quality checks/systems (desirable)

- Ability to work as part of a team and commit to learning and development

- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
