Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with manufacturing operations, sales, senior leaders turning transactional data into reliable information
- Maintain and understand major customer contracts and management agreements
- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports/reconciliations
- Support operational teams providing insights into cost drivers, profitability, performance against budgets
- Participate in annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes
- Provide commercial analysis for new business initiatives
- Implement and maintain a standard costing system for manufacturing operations
- Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) routings and standard cost for all products
- Analyse raw material purchases, labour and overhead costs
- Identify cost reduction opportunities
- Prepare monthly variance reports
- Perform reconciliations of inventory
- Maintain Fixed Asset register,



track depreciation and oversee CAPEX reporting
- Participate in periodic stocktakes
- Maintain and leverage NetSuite ERP system
- Develop management reports and dashboards using NetSuite
- Support system enhancements, automation and process improvements
- Assist with cash flow monitoring, working capital management and risk management frameworks
- Ensure compliance relevant Australian accounting standard, taxation reporting

The successful Candidate will have:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- CA/CPA qualification
- 3-5 years experience in management accounting
- Experience in manufacturing desirable
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Positive 'can do' attitude
