About the role
ERM is looking for a seasoned Principal Consultant or Consulting Director to join our Resources team. This role will center on delivering resource estimation and mining geology services to clients in the global mining industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships through their leadership and technical expertise.
- Provide expert consulting services in resource estimation and mining geology.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to support business development and project delivery.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in mining geology or related fields.
- Proven track record in resource estimation and consulting within the mining sector.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Relevant degree in geology or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience with environmental assessments in mining projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in the mining industry.
