Clinic Practice Manager | Contract Role (12 Months) | Competitive Remuneration

We are seeking an organised and proactive Clinic Practice Manager to join our busy beauty clinic in the heart of Melbourne CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, dynamic role with the chance to make a real impact on the day-to-day success of a thriving clinic. This is a contract role (12 months) with a start date this November.

About the Role

Reporting to clinic directors, you will oversee the smooth running of the clinic, support the team, and help drive operational excellence during a busy and exciting period of growth. This role can be full time or part time, please outline your preference in your application. The responsibilities of this role will require you to be physically at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic
- Manage client bookings, invoicing, payment and complaint resolution
- Coordinate staff rosters,



provide support on performance management and staff wellbeing
- Oversee stock management including stock counts and compliance with storage standards
- Ensure efficient communication across the team and support a positive workplace culture

About You

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager (or similar) in a clinic, salon, or healthcare setting is highly regarded, but candidates without direct practice management experience are also encouraged to apply
- Robust organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with sound business and administrative acumen
