We are hiring a Sales Consultant to join our growing residential home building company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a high‑performing team and directly with the CEO in a position critical to driving sales success.

No display homes, just a structured, office-based Monday to Friday sales role working with enquiries, clients and our internal team from our Wheelers Hill head office.

We build across Melbourne and select regional areas. With ambitious long-term plans, we’re looking for someone passionate about the building industry who wants to grow with a quick-moving, high-performing team.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, organised, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients from enquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage incoming leads and enquiries
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and present suitable home solutions
- Work closely with pre-construction, drafting, estimating, and operations teams
- Maintain CRM notes and follow-up processes
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong client relationships
- Deliver a high level of service and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in property, building, or sales is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- A positive, can‑do attitude with a high standard of professionalism
