What you'll do

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management,



or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and cost control methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation and project management.

Nice to have

- Experience in managing large-scale projects in sectors such as healthcare or infrastructure.
- Professional accreditation from a recognized body, such as RICS or AIQS.
