We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Retail Facilities Manager to join our team, supporting a diverse mixed-use portfolio. Working closely with the Property Management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality facilities management services, ensuring assets operate safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations. This is a highly autonomous role where you will build strong relationships with clients, tenants and service partners, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the ongoing performance and success of the portfolio. About The Role

- Deliver superior service and tenant engagement through effective communication and relationship management.
- Oversee asset operations, ensuring cost-effective and compliant facilities management.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and operating expenditure.
- Ensure risk management, WHS, safety audits, and inspections are completed to the highest standard.
- Lead sustainability and environmental initiatives aligned with client expectations
- Manage and coordinate service providers including cleaning, security, and maintenance contractors.

About You

- Previous experience in a commercial property environment with experience in Facilities, or related role
- Sound working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and electrical




- Contractor management experience within a commercial building environment highly advantageous
- Excellent customer service and service delivery skills
- Ability to manage several functions and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
