Trade Assistant / Factory Labourer We’re seeking a reliable Trade Assistant / Factory Labourer to join a busy steel fabrication workshop in Murarrie. This is an immediate start opportunity for the right person, with the potential for ongoing employment.
About the Role
- Assist tradespeople with fabrication and workshop duties
- Use hand and power tools including grinders and drills
- Load and unload materials using a forklift
- Read basic workshop drawings and measurements
- General housekeeping and labouring duties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a steel fabrication or engineering workshop preferred
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Confident using grinders, drills and other hand tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic workshop drawings
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
