The role You'll take carriage of a diverse caseload spanning property settlements, parenting matters, de facto relationship disputes and family provision claims, with the autonomy to run your own files from initial instruction through to resolution or litigation. You'll work alongside experienced partners and a supportive paralegal team, with genuine scope to mentor junior lawyers as the practice continues to grow.

About you
- 6+ years' post-admission experience in family law (Accredited Specialist status highly regarded but not essential)
- Robust technical drafting, negotiation and court advocacy skills
- A client-first mindset and the maturity to manage sensitive, high-conflict matters with empathy and discretion
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collegiate team culture
