Join Our Team for a Regular Wednesday Sleepover Shift (6:00 PM – 10:00 AM)

Aussie Life Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Cranbourne, VIC.

This position offers a consistent weekly Wednesday sleepover shift, commencing Wednesday at 6:00 PM and concluding Thursday at 10:00 AM. If you are passionate about supporting people with complex care needs and are looking for a regular ongoing shift, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to participants with complex support needs while promoting their independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing.

Regular Shift:





- Monday 6:00 PM - 10:00 AM (Sleepover)
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Sleepover)

Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting participants with challenging behaviours
- Experience supporting individuals with dysphagia
- Stoma care experience
- Complex bowel management experience
- Wound management experience
- Experience using VPAP
- Experience with MACE
- Availability to commit to the ongoing weekly Wednesday sleepover shift
