About the Role

We are now looking for a self-motivated field sales professional to join our team in an in-field selling and merchandising position. The role entails ensuring that the national sales and marketing plans are effectively and efficiently implemented and the objectives, targets and margins are achieved through effective management of the allocated territory. We are looking for a person with a can-do attitude, a natural curiosity and desire to learn and who delights in providing excellent customer service.

This role will enable you to evolve into a valuable partner to your customers for training and advice on product solutions,



with a “hands on” approach to ensuring the customer experience is a positive and satisfying one. You will be provided with the latest technology, including a phone an iPad for presentations, training and field communications.

To be considered for this exciting role, you will possess the following:

- Demonstrable selling and merchandising skills within the mass retail and end user channels
- A track record in sales, delivering superior sales results and building key relationships

- Experience in a similar sales position where the ability to set, meet and exceed sales targets has been demonstrated
- A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks

- Superior presentation skills and experience in product training
- The skills of persuasion, influencing and selling ability that supports the achievement of sales and profit targets
- A team player with a strong desire to be part of a team-oriented team while also being self-motivated and able to work autonomously
